Companies are invited to participate as a Sponsor and Exhibitor at the Vascular Access for Hemodialysis XI Symposium that will be held May 7-9, 2008 at the Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Studios, Orlando, FL. This is the first time this biennial meeting will be open for exhibits and general sponsorship. The Vascular Access Society of the Americas continues to evolve and grow and now has over 400 members including surgeons committed to access surgery, interventional nephrologists and radiologists, as well as dedicated ancillary personnel. The Symposium will feature an outstanding scientific sessions; invited lectures by leading lecturers in our field, including a video session that will feature complex case management. The program has been designed to transition to breaks and receptions in the exhibit hall, which will maximize both the time and value of the interactions of company representatives with VASA members and meeting participants in general. The Exhibitor Prospectus and Application to Exhibit is available through the link above. The fee for exhibiting will be $2,500 for a table-top display. The exhibit fee includes registration for two (2) company representatives. The complete scientific program and other information will be available in February. Also this year the Society is excited and pleased to offer Companies additional sponsorship opportunities in the form of educational grants in the amount of $5,000 and $7,500 (these amounts are in addition to the exhibit fees).
