The Four Seasons Hotel is sold-out at the Conference Rate on Wednesday, May 12th, but rooms are still available. The discounted Conference Rate for participants of the Vascular Access for Hemodialysis XII Symposium is available on Thursday and Friday, May 13 and 14. Only participants registering and attending the Symposium may take advantage of the reduced conference rate. For further information, refer to the Symposium Announcement Brochure.
